Cantilever racks
Our cantilever racking is ideal for storing long, bulky and heavy building materials, including timber, plaster-boards, concrete, corrugated iron or steel. We use hot-rolled standardised steel without any front-face supports, which ensures uninterrupted storage of different product sizes, all on one level. All our cantilever racking is manufactured individually and can be positioned indoors and outdoors, and fitted with a roof or wall if required.

Pallet racks
Most construction firms find storing heavy and bulky goods on standard pallet racks to be a challenge. Most conventional pallet racks are at full capacity and max out their loading capacities.
So, we developed our P3 pallet racking system especially for the construction industry. It makes light work of storing heavy loads such as bricks, concrete parts or cement bags. Our pallet racks are constructed with hot-rolled steel profiles, making them suitable for bearing extremely heavy goods, even in large storage quantities..

Gaigher + Penn
Gaigher + Penn, a specialist dealer in building materials for roofs and façades, has replaced the previously used, partly welded sheet metal racks with five 18-metre-long cantilever racks from OHRA. Made of hot-rolled, solid walled steel profiles, the racks offer both more load-bearing capacity and an increase in storage capacity, as well as significantly more safety for the employees. In addition, the integrated roof construction protects the goods from the weather. This means that the company can now flexibly stock an even larger range of products for its customers in the same space.
4PLUS Bouwmaterialen B.V.
4PLUS Bouwmaterialen B.V., a purchasing organisation for building materials, has more than doubled the capacity of its central warehouse in Born, in the Netherlands, by installing OHRA cantilever racks.
Arabesque
Arabesque, the largest distributor of building materials and finishing products in Romania, has significantly expanded its storage capacity: OHRA's new cantilever racks reach a total length of over 250 metres at a height of up to 5,280 millimetres. The new racking system requires far less space than the previous floor storage system, so Arabesque now again has sufficient capacity to expand and enlarge its product range. This means that customer requirements can continue to be met reliably in the future.
Ulma
ULMA Construction has created new storage capacity for formwork panels by installing OHRA cantilever racks in only six months. The 58 meter long external racks with roof and clad back wall were specially adapted to the different dimensions of the plywood panels by varying the centre distances within the racks. This makes it possible to store any panel size without the panels bending during storage.
Budmax
New heavy-duty racks from OHRA allow Budmax, one of the largest distributors of building materials in Bulgaria, to store bagged goods efficiently. Thanks to the construction of solid hot-rolled steel profiles, the racks allow a high capacity beam load of 5,000 kilograms. With a frame height of 4,580 millimetres, Budmax can now store the pallets of bagged goods weighing up to 1,200 kilograms on four levels; this enables significantly better use of space as well as much easier and faster access to the items.
